Each massage is individually designed to your specific needs using a variety of modalities. Deep tissue therapy can be used for focus work, as well as the long slow strokes of an Esalen massage. If you prefer a light, relaxing Swedish massage, I offer that as well. My goal is to work with you to create the massage you need, for stress and pain relief, relaxation, to release muscle restrictions, and help with joint mobility. When our session is over, you will leave feeling restored!

With over 1000 hours of education, my certifications include Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, Esalen Massage, Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilization, Passive Stretching, and Craniosacral Therapies.

I have held a Personal Trainer Certification from the American Council on Exercise (7/2011 - 12/2015), which gives me an extensive knowledge of the human body, muscles and movement.
